Product Management Society was launched in 2022 by Gabriela Naumnik, an AI Product Leader and Startup Founder, with a vision to empower Product Managers to connect, learn from one another, and grow together. 🚀
Since then, this vibrant community has grown into one of the most influential product management communities in Europe and Latin America, with 3,000+ members across four chapters on two continents: Lisbon, Berlin, Frankfurt, and Mexico City. The Lisbon chapter alone counts more than 1,600 members, and in 2025 the Society expanded beyond Europe with the launch of its Mexico City chapter.
The community hosts 50+ in-person meetups per year, runs a Slack network, an invite-only WhatsApp inner circle (earned by showing up to an event), and publishes content for product professionals through its blog. All meetups are free to attend, a deliberate choice to give back to the product community and create a path in for career-switchers.
